We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is central to our business, driving the preparation of high-quality submissions and proposals that showcase our expertise and support our continued growth.

Working closely with technical teams, you will coordinate and deliver compelling tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements. About the Role

This is an entry-level position, but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements, and maintaining and updating submission templates, CVs, and project profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update submission templates, CVs, and project profiles
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and present project information in a compelling way
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and compliant with requirements
Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with proposal or document management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in submissions or proposals (professional services experience preferred)
