Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our team. As a Senior Tender Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals in response to RFIs and EOIs.

You will work closely with subject matter experts to shape compelling narratives that help us secure contracts across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end tender writing and coordination processes.
  2. Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, concise responses.
  3. Tailor content to client requirements, evaluation criteria, and industry best practices.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather input and validate content.
  5. Support the development of reusable content for the bid library.
  6. Contribute to post-submission reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in writing and coordinating tenders.
  2. Exceptional written communication and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  4. Strong commercial acumen and client-centric thinking.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. A collaborative, proactive and outcomes-driven mindset.
