The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our dedicated team on a max term contract. In this role, you'll partner with a HRBP to support an aligned client group, providing end-to-end HR services, including Tier 1 support, case management, and coaching People Leaders on employee matters. You'll also coordinate workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes, leveraging our global HRIS (Workday) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert HR services, including performance management, employee relations, and coaching People Leaders
* Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks across the Tier 1 HR service model
* Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and Workday content to support employee queries
* Foster excellent working relationships across the P&C team and the broader business

Requirements

* Previous experience in HR service delivery and HR Service Desk Management
* Prior Workday experience in handling HR data, queries, and knowledge management
* Experience managing ER matters with a dedicated client group
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Law, or similar
