Financial Support Specialist

Providing expert financial support to our hotel teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Finance Focus

  • Provide timely and accurate financial support to hotel teams, including profit and loss reporting and general ledger maintenance.
  • Manage internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reporting packages, including balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Take part in financial planning and analysis activities, such as budget preparation and variance analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

Hotel finance experience preferred but not essential

  • Excellent computer and Excel skills with knowledge of Opera and Sun System an advantage
  • Strong time management skills/ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
