Our Product Support team plays a pivotal role in shaping the world.

This position works closely with dealers to implement regional product support strategies, developing dealer technical capabilities and product problem management for customer needs.
You will provide technical expertise to dealer technical teams, administer company warranty processes, and work with service specialists to ensure dealers have the necessary technical capabilities to identify and repair product deficiencies.
Key responsibilities include providing effective interim fixes for product quality issues, coordinating rework efforts, and counseling dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs cost effectively.
Required skills include product support expertise technically and commercially, customer focus, project planning and execution, and ability to work independently and partner with others.
