Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our operations team as a Maintenance Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our assets.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and maintaining high levels of communication.
  • Contribute to meeting the objectives of the Strategic Asset Plan for the assets.
  • Create Work Orders and Purchase Orders for contracts and ad hoc works.
  • Manage and track turnover capex across the portfolio, including clear record keeping and cost recovery analysis.
  • Ensure all asset maintenance, repairs, and service requests are actioned and resolved in line with service level agreements.
  • Accurately review contractor invoices and reconcile with contract Purchase Orders.
  • Assist in managing contractors and service providers, and their ongoing performance.
  • Respond to contractor calls and assist with vendor setup, onboarding, and induction process.
  • Create and maintain procedures for the maintenance team.
  • Ensure accuracy of data across all systems to deliver insights and support data-led decision making.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational or administrative roles.
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with customer complaints and solving problems with positive results.
  • High level of IT proficiency.
  • A customer-centric focus with the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset.
