Maintenance Planner and Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Planner to develop and coordinate maintenance schedules and materials planning. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of Port and Terminal assets.

  • Develop and deliver short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are completed with 100% compliance.
  • Manage purchasing, storage, and replenishment of materials and inventory.
  • Partner with teams and repair providers to maintain one aligned maintenance plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the reliability and availability of Port and Terminal assets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in heavy industry maintenance (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP (mandatory).
  • Asset planning and scheduling experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence, communicate, and build effective relationships across teams.
