Job Description

The role of Asset Data Specialist is to support the management of WLB assets by providing accurate and reliable asset data and information. This will involve cleansing, maintaining, and improving the data we hold using AIMS: OM (Asset Information Management System, Operations and Maintenance).

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the improvement of our asset management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to develop and maintain good relationships
  • Ability to collate and interpret different sources of data in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Deliver work by planning, tracking, gathering and maintaining data / information
  • Work under own initiative and as part of a team to make decisions and achieve outcomes
  • Organisational skills and an ability to use systems and applications

You will be required to work alone at times, so a good knowledge of health & safety is essential. You should be happy to work outside, in challenging weather conditions, all year round.

Experience in asset management and maintenance/project work is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
