Civil Asset Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Asset Maintenance Specialist to assist in providing effective and efficient maintenance of civil assets for our city.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise subordinate staff and contractors.
- Schedule annual improvement programs and projects.
- Provide accurate pre-construction estimates.
- Maintain cost control throughout all stages of construction.
- Liaise with public authorities and the general public.
- Implement and monitor Council's WHS Management System.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant 4-year degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the control and supervision of day labour staff and contractors.
- Extensive experience/knowledge in the construction, maintenance, and management of civil infrastructure.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
