Asset Data Specialist

This role is a key part of our Capital Works & Asset Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and manage accurate asset data for building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment.
  • Ensure consistency and categorisation of captured data in accordance with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure Nomenclature guidelines.
  • Upload data into the computerised maintenance management system.

This is an entry-level position requiring experience in infrastructure, plant, and equipment, as well as technical expertise in multiple areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant & equipment.

A current driver's license and ability to travel are essential for this role. The successful candidate will possess effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
