Asset Management Specialist

The role of Asset Management Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Council's asset systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, finance, and data management.

  • Maintain accurate records of asset condition, performance, and utilization.
  • Develop and implement asset management plans to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify and address asset-related issues.
  • Provide infrastructure information for strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and services provided by the team.

A Certificate IV in Asset Management, Engineering or equivalent, is required. Strong analytical skills, high levels of data literacy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

This is a term contract working 70-hour fortnights. Salary range from $83,985 to $96,584 pa + 12% super.
