Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by managing asset systems in accordance with relevant standards and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Apply engineering, environmental, financial, and safety principles to manage asset systems, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of asset management systems, registers, and associated information, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
  • Collect, record, and analyse accurate data on asset condition, maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide high-quality data input and records management using various systems to support informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and services to ensure safe, efficient, and effective delivery of objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in applying accounting policies and principles for asset management, particularly in Australia.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial management, statutory reporting, and asset management practices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to interpret complex data and maintain accurate records.
