Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our customers, resolving complex issues and promoting the benefits of our online store. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-class customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Owning complex issues from start to finish, keeping customers informed of progress and resolutions.
  • Promoting self-service options for future purchases, empowering customers to take control of their shopping experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our products and services meet evolving customer needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for new solutions and referring qualified leads to our sales team.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding agreed KPIs and contributing to the success of our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations, with a strong attention to detail.
