The Business Services Manager position entails leading the office-based customer service team, enabling the sales and operations teams in the field. This role requires effective day-to-day management, development, and monitoring of the customer service teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements- A minimum of 3 years of proven customer service skills, sales experience, and leadership ability.
- Experience in a services industry, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with other departments.
- Basic OH&S – Work Site Safety certification.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Packages.
- A love of plants is a plus
