Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Customer Loyalty Expert to join our Retention & Loyalty team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, deepening customer loyalty, and advocating for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through telephone and email channels
  • Assist customers with maintaining their insurance cover
  • Execute agreed strategies to maintain and improve customer retention
  • Provide support to vulnerable customers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Ability to understand and exceed customer needs
  • Good problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience
