Customer Service Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. This is a full-time permanent position based at Brisbane Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers. They will also relay information for any changes to orders from aircraft to internal departments, represent the company at internal and external functions, and participate in audit and quality controls.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve customer service quality results by obtaining feedback from clients, establish communication service standards, and implement company productivity, quality, and customer service standards.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have proven knowledge and experience in a Client Management role, Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
