Airline Safety and Operations Leadership RoleJob Description

At the core of our airline’s success lies a steadfast commitment to ensuring the safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft. As a Line Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving this vision forward by overseeing the daily operations of our line maintenance stations across Queensland.

Reporting directly to our State Manager, QLD, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing critical support to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to safe work practices;
  • Fostering a superior safety culture through consultation with teams on safety matters, implementation of incident action plans, and adherence to fatigue management principles;
  • Developing and maintaining a quality-focused culture, including ensuring team member compliance with operational procedures and CASA regulatory requirements;
  • Managing daily operational activities, including scheduling disruptions, unscheduled and planned maintenance, liaison with various stakeholders, and participation in daily operation meetings;
  • Effectively managing shift rostering requirements, including overtime management, fatigue management within roster build, and submission of shift timesheets.
