Job Title: Airline Cabin Officer

Job Description:

This is a permanent, part-time position based at an airport. As an Airline Cabin Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaising with passengers at the boarding gate, weighing and measuring cabin baggage and charging applicable fees where required.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver efficient airport services.
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions securely.
  • Dealing discreetly with customers who have excess carry-on baggage.
  • Representing the company image through uniform presentation and grooming excellence.
  • Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and standards.
