Flight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Services Coordinator Administrator to join our team. As the primary point of contact between brokers, airlines, clients, and suppliers, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between brokers, airlines, clients, and suppliers.
  • Prepare pre and post-flight reports.
  • File all paperwork and ensure proper handover to brokers.
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures.
  • Accurate data entry, logging of flight times.
  • Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues.
  • Understanding or experience of flight planning.
  • Complete flight documents for confirmed charters and ensure that the flight packs are received.
  • Update customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary.
  • Resolve problems when necessary in pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself, and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed.

  • Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solving skills.
  • Ambition, drive, and self-motivation.
  • Friendly, personable, and empathetic.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule, and/or irregular hours as required.
