Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Codeshare Specialist to support, maintain and enhance our core airline systems.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical expertise, particularly in Airline Reservations, Passenger Service Systems (PSS), and interline processes. You should also be able to rapidly enhance your technical skills and take ownership of the role.

Your Responsibilities

You will manage system functionalities, work closely with industry partners, and implement new features while overseeing system enhancements and maintenance. You will also respond to and resolve issues raised by internal and external stakeholders, prioritize and implement system changes for optimal performance, and lead system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information or Business Management, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in codeshare, interline, and GDS system support
  • Experience with travel agency or GDS platforms
  • Proficiency in airline reservation and departure control systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Edifact, teletype messaging, AVA/AVS, and availability setups
  • Expertise in schedule changes, SSRs, step-down levels, and quota limits
  • Ability to interpret GDS PNR history
  • Understanding of interline and codeshare agreements (GBRs)
  • Experience with IATCI processes, class mapping (TOCS/TCS), and dynamic scheduling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)
