Strategic Defence Partnership Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) bases and stakeholders, driving the growth, development and management of strategic relationships. You will play a crucial role in delivering value-add services to Defence personnel.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to support organisational objectives and deliver tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key Defence contacts across Australia, conducting research to develop effective account plans, and delivering support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship with ability to hold and maintain Baseline Clearance
  • RG146 qualification or ability to obtain
  • Experience in either superannuation, financial or government services
  • PASSION for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial client solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, skills
  • Proven ability to drive results through effective communication, negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Great interpersonal skills and professional presentation
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
