Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key Defence contacts nationwide
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account plans through thorough research
  • Deliver support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations
  • Design engaging education programs to enhance Defence membership
  • Provide expert guidance on superannuation and stay informed about legislative changes
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges through innovative strategies
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship with Baseline Clearance
  • RG146 qualification or ability to obtain
  • Experience in superannuation, financial or government services
  • Strong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships and develop client solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and result-driven skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and influence others through effective communication
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presentation
