Defence Partnership Specialist

This position is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with Australian Defence Force (ADF) bases and stakeholders, driving the growth, development, and management of strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering valuable, tailored services to Defence personnel, including both Australian Public Service and ADF members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key Defence contacts across Australia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support CSC's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research to develop account plans and tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Defence personnel.
  • Deliver support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations and value proposition.
  • Design and implement education programs to grow and retain Defence membership.
  • Provide expert advice on superannuation and stay up to date with legislative changes.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through innovative, continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to hold and maintain a Baseline Clearance.
  • RG146 qualification or ability to obtain.
  • Experience in either superannuation, financial, or government services.
  • Strong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide.
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial client solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-driven skills.
  • Proven ability to drive results and influence others through effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Great interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
