About Our Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Australian Defence Force (ADF) bases and stakeholders to deliver value-add services to Defence personnel. This role focuses on partnering with Defence contacts across Australia, collaborating with internal teams to support strategic goals, and delivering support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Defence contacts across Australia.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic goals.
  • Conduct research to develop effective account plans and tailored solutions.
  • Deliver support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations and value proposition.
  • Provide engaging education programs to grow and retain Defence membership.
  • Offer expert advice on superannuation and stay up-to-date with legislative changes.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through innovative, continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to hold and maintain a Baseline Clearance.
  • RG146 qualification or ability to obtain.
  • Experience in either superannuation, financial, or government services.
  • Strong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide.
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial client solutions.
