We are seeking a strategic thinker to fill the role of Defence Relationship Manager, driving collaboration and delivering tailored solutions to Defence personnel.The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide, as well as experience in superannuation, financial or government services.Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key Defence contacts across Australia
  • Collaborating with internal teams to support business objectives
  • Delivering support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations and value proposition
  • Providing engaging education programs to grow and retain Defence membership
  • Offering expert advice on superannuation and staying up-to-date with legislative changes
Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to hold and maintain a Baseline Clearance
  • RG146 qualification or ability to obtain
  • Experience in either superannuation, financial or government services
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-driven skills
  • Proven ability to drive results and influence others through effective communication, negotiation and persuasion
