Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Equity Trustees to the market and engage with clients to build strong relationships
  • Manage operational compliance within our compliance framework, ensuring all clients meet regulatory requirements
  • Project manage all client and fund changes, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Review and complete offer document due diligence, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Develop, manage, and comply with Equity Trustees' processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and achieve optimum business outcomes

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Demonstrated relationship management/client service experience, with a strong understanding of the financial markets
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Exposure to investment/funds management and fund operations, with a strong understanding of custodian and administration/registry services
  • Strong understanding of the tax & accounting principles concerning funds, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Finance or Accounting, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations
