About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Business Bank Property Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating balance sheet and revenue growth through the delivery of superior service and insights to both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve superior client outcomes.
  • Understand complex business structures, analyse financial data and calculate lending capacity based on cashflow analysis.
  • Deliver results with strong deal structuring skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build long-standing relationships with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager or Property Professional, preferably within Business/Corporate Banking.
  • Strong understanding of lending against commercial investment property across various legal structures.
  • Ability to understand complex business structures and analyse financial data.
  • Proven track record in delivering results with strong deal structuring skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
