Key Responsibilities- Establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and manage the development of the pipeline to accurately forecast sales to senior management.
- Develop new sales strategies and identify high-value prospects to sell Till's products.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to understand their business objectives and decision-making processes and position the Till solution as a genuine value creator.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, and bids.
- Stay across payment solution offerings from competitors and understand their market strategy and value proposition to differentiate the Till experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in proven B2B payments sales experience, with a Merchant Acquiring or Card Issuing background.
- A strong knowledge of cross-border and cross-method payments, with prior experience in BPSP-based solutions being favorable.
- A significant track record of achievements and successes in the targeted field of expertise.
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements, including revenue share arrangements.
- Strategic problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions, increase merchant growth, and achieve strategic commercial value.
