Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth within their defined territory as well as supporting healthcare professionals by providing education and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
  • Proactively drive sales and develop initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed.
  • Attend company sales meetings as required and act as a key contributor in sales meetings.
  • Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth.
  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning and internal resources to assist servicing customers.
  • Manage consignment stock.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles.
  • Assist with product marketing and launches.
  • Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Medical or Business Management field
  • CRM and/or Cathlab experience is essential
  • It is a requirement of your role that obtain and maintain certification as specified by regulatory bodies.
  • Is intellectually curious and understands the responsibility of continuous learning and willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as well as other regions as required.
  • Maintain a valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to the desired location.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IBHRE Certified preferred
  • Prior CRM/cathlab experience highly preferred
