As a seasoned sales professional, we're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers, driving business growth and expanding our market share.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the hobby industry and its products. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships and developing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company
  • Staying up-to-date with product launches and market trends
  • Understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and implement effective promotional strategies

Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They will also be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the hobby industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
