We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this exciting new role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities and building strong client connections.

As a Sales Development Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engaging decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualifying prospects using qualification frameworks (such as BANT) and securing high-quality appointments for the Business Development Manager
  • Maintaining accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems (HubSpot), monitoring pipeline progress, and contributing to regular reporting
  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager on call strategies, campaigns, and account planning, while sharing insights to improve targeting and messaging
  • Consistently achieving KPI targets, while actively participating in coaching, training, and feedback sessions to support your growth and career progression

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior demonstrable experience & success in a new business sales role
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to identify client objections and develop a tailored strategy to overcome roadblocks
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite programs
  • Experience in lead generation, sales support, or client engagement (preferred but not essential)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and MS Office
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a desire to build a career in sales and business development
