We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our valuation team in Townsville. The successful candidate will assist the team with report compilation, liaison with clients, and customer service. The role requires strong IT skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report compilation and formatting
  • Liaison with client representatives
  • Customer service, over the phone and online using webchat
  • Use of valuation systems
  • Use of CRM platform for quoting and invoicing
  • Supporting management with general tasks as required

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Friendly, helpful and courteous phone manner.
  • Efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers.
  • Able to manage stress under pressure.
  • Strong IT skills – fully competent with all Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
  • Working knowledge of locations across Townsville and North Queensland.
  • Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and conscientious work ethic.
