Job Description:The position of Energy Billing Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for validating and processing large volumes of energy bills. As an entry-level position, this role requires a motivated and detail-driven individual who can work with numerical data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy vendors.
- Ensure billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaise with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate billing records in reporting platforms.
- Identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
- Previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution without oversight.
- Ability to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
