Energy Billing Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven Accounts Clerk – Energy Billing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, processing, and reconciling large volumes of energy bills.
Key Responsibilities:- Validate and process high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy and water vendors.
- Ensure billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaise with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain billing records in reporting platform like Envizi.
- Identify and escalate billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
- Previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, track outstanding issues, and ensure timely resolution without oversight.
- Ability to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
- Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
