This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, with potential for extension.We're seeking a proactive Billing and Commercial Officer (Full-time) to support the delivery of accurate and timely billing services tailored to specific customer categories and scenarios.
This includes executing billing processes efficiently, validating and reconciling data, and promptly resolving any exceptions or discrepancies to uphold high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.Diamond Energy prides itself as a leading renewable energy, electricity retailer that has earned a CHOICE recommendation in 2023
