Energy Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Energy Billing Specialist.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for validating and processing high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and energy vendors.
- They will ensure billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaising with energy vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes is also a key aspect of this role.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Energy Billing Specialist will maintain accurate billing records in reporting platforms like Envizi.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data is essential.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks are required.
- The successful candidate should be able to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
