Energy Billing Specialist

Role Overview:
This is an entry-level position responsible for managing energy bills on a large scale. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable working with numerical data, and possess excellent organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Validating and processing high volumes of energy bills across multiple clients and vendors.
- Ensuring billing compliance with contract terms, usage data, and tariffs.
- Liaising with vendors to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintaining accurate billing records in reporting platforms.
- Identifying and escalating billing anomalies or process inefficiencies.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in accounts, billing, or energy sector roles (1–2 years preferred).
- High attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track outstanding issues.
- Ability to manage routine, repetitive work with efficiency and accuracy.
- Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
