
Partnerships and Account Management Specialist

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in our team, focusing on partnerships and account management. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sport, entertainment, and building strong relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis position involves creating effective campaigns that drive results for our clients. Your tasks will include managing client activities from start to finish, developing and executing integrated campaigns, and collaborating across disciplines.
Responsibilities- Be a main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and managing their activities.
- Contribute creatively and challenge conventional thinking.
- Work with colleagues to develop and implement campaigns that leverage partnerships, activations, content, digital, social, and PR.
- Partner with the broader organization to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Maintain relationships with rights holders to achieve client objectives.
- Assist in crafting well-defined briefs for creative, design, and suppliers.
- At least three years of experience in account management or sponsorship within an agency or brand.
- A business, marketing, or technical degree or equivalent.
- Experience managing projects and campaigns independently.
- Understanding of sponsorships, activations, social & content marketing.
- Familiarity with agency structure, creative process, and stakeholder roles.
