Client Onboarding & Engagement Manager | NEW ROLE

Due to internal career progression, we have an opportunity for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a critical role in which you are tasked with leading an ambitious, motivated team responsible for our client's experience, process optimization, and exceeding service levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded within SLA.
  • Track themes, share insights, and improve onboarding and engagement through smarter service delivery.
  • Work with internal departments to achieve SLAs and identify areas for improvement in onboarding and engagement.
  • Create innovative materials to increase adoption of our services.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring :

  • A drive to improve, take accountability, and enhance service levels.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, including experience with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm and empathetic approach.
  • Strong influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
