Due to internal career progression, we have an opportunity for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our team. This is a critical role in which you are tasked with heading up an ambitious, hungry team who are responsible for our client's experience, optimising process and exceeding service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded within SLA.
  • Track themes, share insights, and drive onboarding and engagement through smarter service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve SLAs and identify areas of improvement throughout onboarding and engagement.
  • Drive and create innovative material to increase adoption of the service.
To succeed in this role, you\'ll bring
  • A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability, driving service levels.
  • Strong reporting and analytical background, through Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
  • Confident navigating competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
  • Strong influencing language to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
