Due to internal career progression, we have an opportunity for an Onboarding & Engagement Manager to join our team.This is a critical role in which you are tasked with heading up an ambitious, hungry team who are responsible for our client's experience, optimising process and exceeding service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with internal teams to ensure new clients are onboarded within SLA.
- Track themes, share insights, and drive onboarding and engagement through smarter service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments to achieve SLA's and identify areas of improvement throughout onboarding and engagement
- Drive and create innovative material to increase adoption of the service.
- A natural drive to fix, improve, and take accountability, driving service levels.
- Strong reporting and analytical background, through excel Power BI and Tableau
- Confident navigating competing priorities with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, empathetic approach.
- You'll have strong influencing language to be able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
