
Senior Client Onboarding Specialist

This role requires a professional with excellent communication and analytical skills to manage customer onboarding efficiently.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough due diligence on new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee the initiation of documentation, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, in accordance with local regulations and Group policies.
- Ensure accurate categorization of customers based on their risk profiles and industry guidelines.
- Meet daily targets set by the Onboarding Manager, maintaining high productivity levels while delivering quality results.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client data, processing all necessary paperwork and updates within our database.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a related field, preferably in client onboarding or financial services.
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, and other relevant regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required to work effectively in this fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
