Key Role:


Sales Training is a critical function that plays a pivotal role in achieving business objectives. Our organization seeks an experienced and passionate Sales Training Manager to design and deliver impactful training programs for our global sales agents.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement engaging sales training programs focused on lead conversion, bookings, and customer trust.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, creating bite-sized learning content, simulations, and real-life roleplays.
  • Coach and elevate performance by partnering with Team Leaders and Quality Coaches to identify gaps and create targeted refreshers.
  • Enable success with practical tools such as job aids, scripts, cheat sheets, and quick-reference guides that agents actually use.
  • Measure and improve training impact through performance data, learner feedback, and sales results.

The ideal candidate will bring:


  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning and Development (L&D), or Sales Coaching.
  • Expertise in consultative sales and driving results in inbound/outbound sales teams.
  • A hands-on approach to learning content development, including e-learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and microlearning.
  • Confidence and warmth as a facilitator able to engage groups and inspire change.
  • A passion for helping others grow and a belief in training that drives business outcomes.
