  • Leadership experience – Mid to senior-level leadership roles in contact centre environments, preferred but not required.
  • Strong Learning & Development background – Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs.
  • Training excellence – Skilled in adult learning principles, program design, and performance measurement.
  • Industry insight – Familiarity with regulated industries (insurance, finance) is an advantage.
