We are seeking a skilled Professional with expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales Training and Development.

As a Commercial Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of product and sales training modules, onboarding new hires, and supporting ongoing sales training milestones. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in pharmaceutical sales coaching and training, loves sharing knowledge across the company portfolio, and driving learning projects in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering engaging training content to enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to sales professionals to improve their skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Science, strong clinical knowledge, and Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar background. Experience in delivering effective training, ideally in the pharmaceutical sales industry, is highly desirable.
