Scheduler Administrator
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling jobs and completing day-to-day administrative and accounting duties in a collaborative team environment.
This role involves managing the daily schedule of technicians, preparing invoices and reconciliations in Xero, maintaining accurate data entry and filing systems, and ensuring the office is clean and tidy.
A successful candidate will have experience with software packages such as Xero, intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word, excellent working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters effectively.
Requirements:- Experience with Xero software package
