Admin needed to support Workforce Schedulers

**Your new role**

In this position you will be required to assist with the mobilisation, compliance management and scheduling of new starters, current employees and contractors. You will also be an administration support to the greater team.

The newly renovated office is located in East Perth and is walking distance from public transport and train lines.

This assignment will go for 6 to 8 weeks with the possibility of an ongoing position for the right person.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Strong administration background
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge within facilities management or mining and resources sector
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of mobilisation and compliance processes
- Scheduling experience will be highly advantageous.
