Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our scheduling team in arranging services that meet our customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client service requests, working closely with schedulers and care facilitators to ensure data accuracy, and fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service by treating customers with respect and responding with clarity and compassion.
  • Scheduling Support: Work closely with schedulers and care facilitators to ensure data accuracy and foster a team culture where everyone feels valued and respected.
  • Rostering Management: Plan and organize care worker rosters to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Communication Management: Manage the Scheduling Inbox, handle incoming calls, and maintain client communications with timely precision.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in scheduling or workforce rostering.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced computer skills.
  • Qualifications: Ability to make decisions under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
