Page Personnel is partnering with a local Western Australian business who works in providing commercial property maintenance services to their clients.
- Organising the schedule for all trade and allocating work
- Providing Operational Administrative Support
- Entering Work Orders through SimPRO
- Liaising with Clients and Trades
- Supporting with the Coordination of Materials and Deliveries
- Answering Phone calls
- Responding to Customer Enquiries
- Supporting in resolving any business issues
**The Successful Applicant**:
- ** Must** have ability in using SimPRO
- No Working Restrictions or Working Holiday Visa's
- Must Have experience working in Administration
- Experience in Scheduling highly desired
- Administrator All-Rounder
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Can manage and work high volume calls and queries
- Ability to Problem Solve and Think Quickly
- Positive attitude and team player
- Flexible and adaptable individual
