We are seeking a skilled Scheduling and Bookkeeping Administrator to manage job bookings, staff coordination, billing, and office administration.
- Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable and payable, cash sheets, deposits, and monthly statements.
- Maintain inventory of parts and service vehicles.
- Create and send invoices and bills.
- Provide customer service and answer phones.
- Book hydro and ESA inspections.
- Maintain office presentation and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Accounting experience is required, specifically in accounts receivable.
- Payroll experience is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
- Experience with Sage 50 system is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Able to follow up and ask questions independently.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
